We prepared 80 scratch-made dough balls for our NY Style Pizza debut, and you devoured every single one with 100% positive, stellar reviews. We apologize to those that came after we sold out.

To keep up with demand, we are taking a big leap and locking in our permanent, 4-day pizza schedule starting this Wednesday. Please note: our traditional diner menu will no longer be available due to the limits of our kitchen refrigeration space. Also please be aware we are a mostly two-person business (with two very part time employees currently) and we operate a grocery store, delivery service, a restaurant, and we maintain our building. With that said, here's the plan!

STORE & PIZZA HOURS (Wednesday through Saturday):

Grocery Store Retail: Opens daily at 10:00 AM.

Lunch Pizza Service:

11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

(Fast, simple personal lunch pies. NOTE: Large 14-inch pies only available at lunch for group orders with a 24-hour advance notice via phone or in-store).

Kitchen Intermission: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

(Kitchen closed to clean and prep for dinner. Grocery store remains open).

Dinner Pizza Service: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

(Full signature dinner menu fired to crisp perfection).

Closed Sunday through Tuesday for dough making, stocking, ordering, cleaning, office work, repairs, renovations, etc.

WE ARE HIRING: KITCHEN PREP AND LINE ASSEMBLY

We are looking for a reliable kitchen professional to join Dave and Sara.Work Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM to Close.Pay: Highly competitive local rates (Negotiable based on experience and a paid trial period).Perks: Supportive family environment, free shift meal, and grocery discounts.Requirements: Specialized prep, pizza assembly, stamina, cleaning, and share in dishwashing. We will train the right person if they have less experience.
