A lovingly restored dance hall in our 1880s building in the heart of downtown Muncie, the space is available for meetings, dances, dinners or any other event you have in mind.  A large skylight, beautiful woodwork, and restored hardwood floors create a space that is warm, welcoming, and inviting.  We invite you to host your next event in an affordable and beautiful space in downtown Muncie.

107 S. Mulberry is located above The Downtown Farm Stand and the doorway to the stairs to the second story is located on the Mulberry Street sidewalk.*

$175.00 Full Day Monday - Thursday

$250.00 Full Day Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Damage Deposit - $100.00 refundable

Full service catering is available, from served dinners to buffets, snacks, coffee, water, cookies, punch, cheese, vegetable and fruit trays, hummus we do everything. We offer beer and wine as a cash bar or open bar.  Downtown Farm Stand food only please. No outside food is allowed. Having no food is acceptable for meetings.

Decorations allowed:

We do not allow fake snow, or small confetti for table decorations, or silly string spray in the facility.  No balloons with confetti please, we have had issues with them being popped and confetti going everywhere. Flowers, and paper decorations are fine, and painting decorations can be attached to the wall with painters tape.

Tables and Chairs:

Your fees cover the use of tables and chairs.  Tablecloths and cloth napkins are an extra charge.

Free Wifi is available with full media for power point presentations.  We have a PA system available for a rental fee that can accommodate a speaker or a full band.

*Our historic 1880s banquet room is only accessible by stairway.
