Box wines stay fresh much longer than a bottle of wine, which normally needs to be finished within a day or two before it looses its unique flavors. In contrast, most box wines last about 30 days or so (sometimes less) after you first take a glass of wine out of the box. Our wine stays fresh for 90 days. 3-Litre Box = 4 - 750ml bottles.

Vintage: 2019

Varietal: 100% Organic Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyards: Own Vineyards in Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary. By the foothills of the Andes at 4000 ft. altitude. The vineyards enjoy a marked thermal amplitude. Gravel and sand Soil.

Winemaking: Manual harvest between the end of March and beginning of April. Fermentation with selected yeast at a maximum temperature between 25°C and 27°C for 15 days.

A splendid and unique venue and restaurant, serving and selling locally produced and grown foods. They have a nice selection of beers and wines, kombuchas, organic sodas, coffee, and an eclectic and unique menu. They are in the heart of downtown Muncie right across the street from the Muncie Civic Theatre. Also, very nice people that care for the community of Muncie very much! The next time you go to a play, stop in and have a bite!

We have stopped by the Farm Stand a couple of times now for lunch and have really enjoyed it. The food is simple, healthy, and delicious. The sandwiches are amazing. They taste so fresh. The side of fruit is a great addition. I plan to stop back every time I'm in Muncie. In addition, their market has reasonably priced healthy items. A great place that I highly recommend.
